Musical Instruments

Leather is used in musical instruments in both decorative and functional requirements.

We have developed a range of components specifically for the restoration of Concertinas. Leather can be split to 0.2mm to be used as a veneer to cover cracks in the bellows and we can press cut out shapes for valves and pads.

Our decorative thonging has also been used around drums and we have produced leather straps to carry music stands.
